Unless your order quantity is very large, prices are unlikely to change significantly due to our low profit margins. Price adjustments are mainly driven by production efficiencies when larger quantities are ordered, which reduce labor costs per unit.

• For larger orders that meet fabric customization requirements, we can create custom colors based on your Pantone TPX color code or fabric sample.

Custom Colors:
The small fabric usage for a single scrunchie results in a high MOQ for custom colors. Therefore, we recommend selecting colors from our stock color sheet.

We stock two standard patterns:

Stocked patterned fabrics have no MOQ for silk products.

Custom Patterns:
MOQs apply for custom patterns, as they are based on fabric production requirements. To optimize costs, consider using the same custom pattern for multiple products like silk pillowcases, silk bonnets, scrunchies, and silk headbands, to decrease each types products quantity, make total quantity meet fabric MOQ.

 

6. Packaging Options

We offer free packaging and customizable packaging options. Packaging affects both product presentation and shipping costs.

• For small orders, which are typically shipped by courier, we recommend free packaging to minimize costs. Couriers calculate charges based on weight or volume—whichever is higher.
• For larger orders, which can be shipped via sea freight, you can choose any packaging style without restrictions.

7) Silk Fabric Quality – Hand Feeling and Color

We use 6A-grade silk fabric - made of great 6A silk fiber - hypoallergenic, sustainability, eco-friendly and non-toxic. The hand feeling of the silk fabric can be adjusted to your needs: if you prefer a softer feel, we can make it softer; if you prefer a little bit firmer feel, we can adjust it accordingly. This is a matter of buyer preference, not fabric quality. Softer fabrics are generally less durable. For example, nails can easily snag softer fabrics, while firmer fabrics are more resistant to damage.

Our regular stock fabric is medium-soft, not easily prone to splitting, and meets most buyers' needs. If you have specific requirements for the texture, please order custom silk fabric while meet minimum order quantity.

There may be slight color differences between batches of silk fabric. If you understand textile materials, you will know that different batch have color difference. If to keep each order color consistency is a strict requirement for you, please order custom fabric to avoid color discrepancies.

Currently, for the same order and color, different products will not have color differences (exclude the ready for shipping products). Custom fabric orders ensure color consistency ( keep same color are same in different batch order).

 

8) Other Options

Special silk fabrics such as hyaluronic acid silk fabric or silver ion silk contain additives and are not in stock. These can be arranged for customization, but the minimum order quantity is very high. For smaller quantities, these should not be considered.

High-gloss silk fabric can also be customized with a high minimum order quantity. Other silk fabric like silk-cotton mix, silk stretch fabric, or jacquard silk can also be customized with MOQ.
