General Wholesale & Customization FAQ
Do you offer private label silk products?
Yes. We specialize in private label and wholesale silk products, including silk pillowcases, silk scrunchies, silk bonnets, silk sleep masks, silk headbands, silk scarves, silk bedding, silk pajamas, silk comforters, and silk pillows.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies depending on the product, fabric, and customization requirements. Please contact us with your product specifications for an accurate MOQ.
If using Stock Silk Fabric:
- Custom products with brand label / hangtag: No MOQ. Only pay label cost.
- Embroidered silk products with brand logo: Minimum 20 pieces per color per size at least. Recommend 50 pieces to make embroidery price competitive.
- Custom patterned (digital printing): Custom pattern have MOQ. Only producing 1 types silk products, the MOQ is larger, so we recommend you order 1 pattern for all silk products to reduce the MOQ for each product.
- Custom size - normally No MOQ
- Custom products types as per photo / real sample- low MOQ
- Custom color - MOQ based on products, please contact us.
Can I add my logo to the products?
Yes. We offer various branding options, including woven labels, printed labels, embroidery, custom hang tags, and branded packaging.
Can I customize colors and patterns?
Yes. We support custom colors ( Pantone color matching )and custom printed silk fabrics for private label projects.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We offer custom samples as well as stock samples before bulk production.
How long does production take?
- Sample production usually takes 3-5 working days.
- Bulk production typically takes 10–45 working days depending on product type and order quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export silk products worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, United Arab Emirates, Chile and other nations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Normally only accept 100% payment in advance. For big bulk order, there accept deposit and payment before shipping.
Can you help with custom packaging?
Yes. We offer custom boxes, silk pouches, hang tags, barcode labels, and retail-ready packaging solutions

What type of silk do you use?
We primarily use 100% mulberry silk for our silk products.
Is your silk real silk?
Yes. Our products are made from genuine mulberry silk rather than satin or synthetic fabrics.
What is mulberry silk / Charmeuse Silk Fabric?
Mulberry silk is considered one of the highest-quality silk fibers available, known for its softness, durability, and smooth texture.
What momme silk do you offer?
We commonly offer 19 Momme / 22 Momme / 25 Momme / 30 Momme mulberry silk. Other silk weights may be available upon request.

Can I choose custom silk colors?
Yes. We can match custom colors according to Pantone references or provided samples.
Can you print custom designs on silk?
Yes. We offer custom digital printing and pattern development for various silk products.
What is Grade 6A mulberry silk?
Grade 6A represents one of the highest grades of mulberry silk, known for longer fibers, better uniformity, and superior quality.
Does silk shrink after washing?
Properly manufactured and cared-for silk products experience minimal shrinkage when washing instructions are followed. The silk fabric has a shrinkage rating of 3–4.
Do your products have certifications?
We have the 100% Mulberry Silk Testing Report by ITS.
Our products can be tested according to customer requirements. We have experience working with internationally recognized testing organizations such as SGS and Intertek (ITS). Test reports may be available for specific products upon request.
Can you provide test reports?
Yes. Selected products can be supported with third-party testing reports depending on the project requirements.
Can products be tested before shipment?
Yes. Third-party testing can be arranged based on customer requirements.

Can I make changes after approving the sample?
Changes may be possible before production begins. Once mass production starts, modifications may not be available.

How do I confirm my order?
After confirming the quotation and sample details, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for order confirmation and workmanships approval.
Once production commences, no further changes will be accepted; should modifications become absolutely necessary, any resulting additional costs will be borne by your party.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Available shipping options may include:
