Air Shipping: Airport to Airport
Unlike courier services, which are door-to-door, air freight is from airport to airport. Once the goods arrive at the destination airport, you will need to arrange customs clearance and transportation to your warehouse.

General Air Shipping Process:
1）Once air shipping is confirmed, we proceed with booking space on a flight.
2）After the flight is confirmed, the air freight forwarder will issue a warehouse entry notice.
3）We deliver the goods to the designated warehouse as per the notice.
4）During the waiting period for the flight, working such as loading and customs declaration are completed.
5）After the flight departs, we will send you the customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, air waybill).
6）The airline will contact you to handle customs clearance and pick-up before or after the flight arrives. Be sure to pay attention to the airline's document submission deadlines, as late submissions may result in additional fees.

Transit Time:
Air freight requires waiting for available flights, and flight schedules vary by country or region. Both the departure and destination ports require time for document processing. Generally, the entire process takes about 2 to 2.5 weeks.

What Does the Receiver Need to Do?
You will need a freight forwarder to assist with customs clearance and delivery to your warehouse.

Total Transportation Cost:
Air freight charges + airport handling fees + domestic transportation costs at the destination.

Air Freight Costs:
Costs are determined by both volume and weight. The chargeable weight is based on either volumetric or actual weight, whichever is greater.

Due to the handling of various fixed operational fees associated with air freight, it is less cost-effective for smaller shipments. For small-volume shipments, courier services with door-to-door delivery are often more suitable.

Q: I have my own air freight forwarder. Can you ship the goods to them to arrange transportation?
Yes. Just inform us of your requirements when placing the order and provide your freight forwarder’s details for booking.

Q: I have other goods and want you to ship them together with my order.
There’s no need. Air freight can be delivered directly to freight forwarder's designated warehouse, where they will handle consolidating and shipping everything together.
