How to Order Silk Headbands
Before you proceed with your order, please ensure that you are ordering genuine silk headbands, not satin polyester or headbands made from other materials. Many so-called "vegan silk" headbands in the market are actually made from synthetic fibers or rayon, which are not real silk. Please check the product description and material details carefully on the product pages to confirm the fabric used.
We provide a price list for popular silk headbands on our website. Unless you are placing a very large order, prices will not change significantly. We operate with modest profit margins, so there is limited room for price reductions. Prices vary with quantity because larger orders reduce labor costs per unit, which makes it possible to offer better pricing.
1) Understand the Basics of Silk Fabric

3) Custom Brand Label, Tags, and Stickers
We support the customization of any type of branding tags, hang tags, and brand stickers. You can customize the size, design, and color to meet your needs.
Brand Labels: We offer both woven and printed labels in any size and color. For cost efficiency, we recommend white labels with black text, as they are the most affordable option.
Hang Tags/Stickers: We can produce custom hang tags and stickers in any size, color, and design. Simply provide us with your artwork or specifications.
MOQ: 1,000 pieces per design/color/size.
This is the minimum order quantity to cover production costs.
4) Color Options
To support small bussiness, we prepare regular stock silk fabric which do not request MOQ for silk products. For these slk fabric, we have stock color sheets.
- Small Orders: If you're ordering a small quantity, you can choose a color from our stock color sheets.
- Large Orders: For larger orders that meet our custom fabric requirements, you can request your preferred color by providing a Pantone color code or a fabric sample.
Please note: Since silk fabric usage per hair band is minimal, custom color orders have a very high MOQ. We recommend selecting from our stock color chart to avoid the high MOQ for custom colors.

For custom patterns, an MOQ is required, based on fabric MOQ. If you want to create a custom pattern for multiple products (such as silk pillowcases, silk headbands, silk sleep masks, and more), this can help lower the MOQ for individual products.
6) Packaging
We offer both free packaging and custom packaging services. Packaging not only affects the appearance of the product but also plays a role in shipping costs. For smaller orders that must be shipped via express, packaging costs are based on the larger of volume or weight. In this case, we recommend using our free packaging option to minimize costs. For larger orders that can be shipped by sea, you can choose any packaging style you like, with no restrictions.

7) Silk Fabric Quality – Hand Feeling and Color
We use 6A-grade silk fabric - made of great 6A silk fiber - hypoallergenic, sustainability, eco-friendly and non-toxic. The hand feeling of the silk fabric can be adjusted to your needs: if you prefer a softer feel, we can make it softer; if you prefer a little bit firmer feel, we can adjust it accordingly. This is a matter of buyer preference, not fabric quality. Softer fabrics are generally less durable. For example, nails can easily snag softer fabrics, while firmer fabrics are more resistant to damage.
Our regular stock fabric is medium-soft, not easily prone to splitting, and meets most buyers' needs. If you have specific requirements for the texture, please order custom silk fabric while meet minimum order quantity.
There may be slight color differences between batches of silk fabric. If you understand textile materials, you will know that different batch have color difference. If to keep each order color consistency is a strict requirement for you, please order custom fabric to avoid color discrepancies.
Currently, for the same order and color, different products will not have color differences (exclude the ready for shipping products). Custom fabric orders ensure color consistency ( keep same color are same in different batch order).
8) Other Options
Special silk fabrics such as hyaluronic acid silk fabric or silver ion silk contain additives and are not in stock. These can be arranged for customization, but the minimum order quantity is very high. For smaller quantities, these should not be considered.
High-gloss silk fabric can also be customized with a high minimum order quantity. Other silk fabric like silk-cotton mix, silk stretch fabric, or jacquard silk can also be customized with MOQ.
